If you are a Joint Annual Meeting attendee looking for accommodations in New Orleans, you are welcome to call the hotel to inquire whether last minute cancellations have opened up some room availability. However, please be prepared to find accommodations at other hotels, near the conference venue. We apologize for any inconvenience and look forward to welcoming you to the conference!

*IMPORTANT NOTE:
There are a limited number of student quad rate rooms and they will be made available on a first come, first serve basis. When the student rate becomes available in June, an email announcement will be sent to all student members of the AMS, SEM and SMT.

The student rate is available for the nights of Wednesday, 9 November 2022 – Sunday, 13 November 2022. The student rate is available on a limited number of rooms, first come, first served. Information on reserving student rooms will be available in June.
Cancellation Policy:
A credit card is required to guarantee all reservations.
Reservations cancelled less than 72 hours in advance of your arrival date are subject to a penalty of one (1) night’s room rate + applicable taxes.
