Vaccine Verification / Testing
All those attending the meeting are required to register and meet the requirements of our COVID-19 Policy. The registration requirement applies equally to in-person attendees and those whose papers are being presented by proxy (although the latter are not subject to COVID-19 vaccine verification or testing requirement).
So, if you plan to attend the meeting, please make sure you are registered. We strongly recommend that everyone who do so, register in advance to avoid lines, meet vaccine verification requirements, and allow for easy badge pickup. However, if you have not registered in advance, you may register onsite. See Registration for information about onsite registration rates and fees.
Badges
By Mail: If you received your badge by mail, please make sure you pack it when you travel. You can pickup a badge holder near the Registration Desk upon arrival.
Forgot Badge?: If you received your badge in the mail, but forgot to bring it to the conference, you will have to request a badge re-print. To do this, visit the Registration Desk. Please allow at least 30 minutes for your badge re-print request to be processed.
Onsite Badge Pickup: If you did not receive your badge by mail, but have otherwise met the registration and vaccine/testing requirement, visit the Registration Desk upon arrival. To minimize delays, we encourage attendees to pickup badges as soon as possible after arrival at the conference venue. The Registration Desk hours are listed above.
Onsite Registration / Vaccine Verification: If you are registering onsite or have pre-registered but not yet completed the vaccine verification process, visit the Registration Desk. Those registering onsite will have to wait up to 30 minutes to receive a printed badge after their onsite registration is submitted. Those who have pre-registered, but not completed the vaccination verification process, should have a badge already printed and can pickup that badge once the verification process is complete.
Testing Group: If you have declined to provide proof of vaccination and would prefer to test daily while at the conference, as allowed by our COVID-19 policy, you will have to visit the Registration Desk to pickup your badge. Before doing so, however, please upload your first negative COVID-19 test on Monday, 7 November 2022, three days before the official start of the conference. Thereafter, you will be expected to upload test results every morning (between 6am and 10am). Those who have asked to be placed in the “testing group” will receive reminder messaging. Thus, if you plan to test and have not done so already, please contact us and ask to be placed in the “testing group.”
